गूगल अकाउंट चलाने वाले सभी यूजर्स को अब टू-स्टेप वेरिफिकेशन (2SV) करना अनिवार्य हो गया है। दरअसल, कंपनी 9 नवंबर से सभी यूजर्स के लिए 2SV लागू कर रही है। कंपनी ये बदलाव यूजर की सिक्योरिटी के लिए कर रही है। इस वेरिफिकेशन के बाद आपके अकाउंट में लॉगइन की एक नई लेयर जुड़ जाएगी। चलिए सबसे पहले 2SV की प्रोसेस जानते हैं...

2SV को ऑन करने की प्रोसेस

गूगल सर्च इंजन पर जाकर google two step verification सर्च करें
यहां पहला ही रिजल्ट वेरिफिकेशन का होगा। उस पर क्लिक कर लें
आप डायरेक्ट www.google.com/landing/2step/ पर भी जा सकते हैं
अब ऊपर की तरफ Get Started पर क्लिक करें
एक नया पेज ओपन होगा उस पर नीचे की तरफ Get Started पर क्लिक करें
अपना ईमेल ID और पासवर्ड डालकर लॉगइन करें
अब आपके स्मार्टफोन की डिटेल आएगी। यहां नीचे की तरफ CONTINUE पर क्लिक करें
आपका फोन नंबर आएगा। नीचे की तरफ से टेक्स्ट या कॉल को सिलेक्ट करके SEND पर क्लिक करें
अब आपके नंबर पर एक OTP आएगा, उसे डालकर NEXT करें
अब अपने टू स्टेप वेरिफिकेशन को टर्न ऑन कर लें
इस साल 2SV का ऐलान किया था
गूगल ने इसी साल 2SV को लागू करने का ऐलान किया था। कंपनी ने साल की शुरुआत में अपने ब्लॉग पोस्ट ने कहा था कि 2021 के आखिर तक हम 2SV में 150 मिलियन (15 करोड़) गूगल यूजर्स को ऑटो-इनरोल करने का प्लान बना रहे हैं। इसे ऑन करने के लिए 2 मिलियन (20 लाख) यूट्यूब क्रिएटर्स की जरूरत है।

अब 9 नवंबर को 2SV फीचर ऑटोमैटिक एक्टिव हो जाएगा। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, गूगल टू-स्टेप वेरिफिकेशन को सक्षम करने के लिए सभी यूजर्स को ईमेल और इन-ऐप वेरिफिकेशन भेज रहा है। मैसेज में कहा जा रहा है कि यदि वेरिफिकेशन प्रोसेस अनेबल नहीं है, तो यह 9 नवंबर को ऑटोमैटिक एक्टिव हो जाएगी।

लॉगइन के लिए फोन जरूरी
टू-स्टेप वेरिफिकेशन का सीधा मतलब है कि आपको अपने लॉगइन तक पहुंचने के लिए एक एक्स्ट्रा स्टेप को फॉलो करा होगा। यानी आपके अकाउंट की सिक्योरिटी पहले की तुलना में बढ़ जाएगी। इस प्रोसेस के दौरान जब भी आप अपने गूगल अकाउंट पर लॉगइन करेंगे तप पासवर्ड के साथ OTP की भी जरूरत होगी। इसके बिना अकाउंट लॉगइन नहीं होगा। यानी कोई भी आसानी से आपके अकाउंट को हैक नहीं कर पाएगा।

Search google two step verification by going to google search engine
Here the first result will be of verification. click on it
You can also go direct www.google.com/landing/2step/
Now click on Get Started at the top
A new page will open on it click on Get Started at the bottom
Login by entering your email ID and password
Now the details of your smartphone will appear. Click on CONTINUE at the bottom here
Your phone number will come. Select Text or Call from the bottom and click on SEND
Now an OTP will come on your number, enter it and NEXT

2SV was announced this year
